Located 80km from Abidjan, Assinie is a seaside resort in Cote d’ivoire. About 15km long, this peninsula is occupied by luxurious villas and huts. It can be reached by car, by private boats or canoes crossing the lagoon.
Charming station with immense beaches of fine sand between sea and lagoon, It makes you enjoy day and night, a sky reflecting on waters (blue sky).
Besides the paradisiacal landscape, Assinie is also the place where multiple activities are practiced: jet ski, towed buoy, canoe trip, fishing, surfing, motorcycle, visit of traditional fishing village. You can also enjoy the various local dishes, savor a freshly braised fish or simply sip your cocktail in idleness mode, feet in  water. Just relax.

BEACH OF GRAND-BASSAM
Grand-Bassam is one of the historical city and former capital of Cote d'Ivoire (1893-1900). Situated 43 kilometers east of Abidjan, Grand-Bassam is the Ivorian city that attracts its visitors with its rich colonial heritage, its museum’s costume and its craftmen centers.
The impressive beach of Grand-Bassam is a must-see destination for tourists. It records every weekend massive arrival of visitors attracted by water sports, fishing and restaurants.

Waves whip the beach under the amused looks of children. A little further on,  tourists walk along the shore and they would almost rush each other on the hotels’ terraces at a certain time.
The weekends of picnics are organized in family or by company committees, mutuals, associations of young people, or between friends.

  ASSOUINDE BEACH

located near Assinie between the lagoon Aby and the sea, Assouinde (village) is one of the favorite destinations of locals and tourists for the beauty of its beaches, its hotel and tourist infrastructures. Assouinde beaches are magical for their fine sand covered with coconut palms, for the calm of the sea which makes it suitable for swimming. The visitor has the opportunity to go canoeing or out-boarding and visit the surrounding villages.
